Order Process

Step 1: Selection

After your preferred design set is selected with the desired font type and invitation wording, you then place the order through our order form or by telephone.

Step 2: Placing your order

Once we receive your order form, we would go through it and a confirmation is sent to you. A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN YOUR DESIGN. This deposit will be credited toward your final invoice. Payments accepted are VISA and Pay Pal.

Step 3: Proofs

Within 5 business days we will e-mail you a digital proof as a PDF attachment. Any changes must be noted on the proof and emailed back to us at info@creationsbyjessie.com. This review is considered your first round of revision, and this is the time to let us know what you would like to change or edit. There are a total of three rounds of revision available to you; additional rounds will be charged at $30 each.

Step 4: Proof approval

We require that a form for final proof be filled out. Creations by Jessie is not responsible for any errors on the final product that were present on the approved proof. So please review your proofs carefully! If you happen to make a mistake after you have approved your proofs, we will gladly create you a replacement set of invitations at your own cost.

Once the design has been finalized and approved by you, we then move into production.

Step 5: Production

After you have approved your final proof form, please give us about 6-10 weeks to have your invitations printed and individually hand created.

We have a booked production calendar and your invitations are hand made on a first come first served basis, so a waiting list is expected. We will then prepare for delivery.

Step 6: Shipping

At this time, the balance of your order will be applied to your credit card. All orders are shipped by UPS unless stated otherwise. The client may arrange for pickup at our office or pay for shipping charges once the payment balance has been received.
